Compromised Afghan Friends & USA Troops; vs Proxy Pakistani-ISI-Military pacts? amidst targeting Al Qaeda & Pakistani trained Taliban; & fanatic, criminal addicts?

TO:  President Barack Obama; VP Joe Biden (cc: US Senators & others)

The White House, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC

on 10/14/09 profjacklynshaw@dynamiqslite.info and/or jjjjshaw@roadrunner.com relayed:

RE:   Compromised Afghan Friends & USA Troops; vs Proxy Pakistani-ISI-Military pacts?

plus targeting Al Qaeda, Pakistani trained Taliban; & Fanatic, Criminal Addicts?

-- as world threat -- in territorial maps -- to dignity of jobs by restoration of small family enterprise

(Afghan media news, transliteration by jels c/o editor, afghan info.org)

DEAR PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA and VP JOE BIDEN (cc:  USA Senator McCain & others):

With respect to your timely deliberations, this letter, for your reading and acknowledgment, includes a transliteration from Afghanistan media news (10/11/09), on territorial map alarm.  This is via Kabul intelligentsia, versus (vs) Pakistani-Militarist, ISI intelligence diversion of USA funding.  We appreciate the USA President’s clear statements for Afghanistan Security for hosts in civilian jobs (enterprise), with Afghan National Army and Police training and education.  This is by requests  of USA Generals, Mullen and S. Chrystal (pbs.org), as well as Envoy, R. Holbrooke (See Endnote.)  In advance, my apologies for any possible misphrasing in third party translation.

INSIDE AFGHANISTAN ANALYSIS (Afghanistan news media services, 10/11/09, and transliteration by fma & jels*):

Amidst Afghanistan political analysts, the rumor is that USA is handing Afghanistan to Pakistan control, once more.

POLITICAL ANALYST, Professor Zia Rafat, Kabul University, said that if this happens that would damage American interests and allies in the region.  Also, for Afghanistan it would be a tragedy if once more Afghanistan would fall under the hands of Pakistan.  In that case, regional countries would help for their own interests.  That would create a power struggle in the region.  There would be more regional and ethnic, religious problems for neighboring countries.  India would show its sensitivity; Iran would worry about Pakistan (control) in Afghanistan.  But Rafat says the USA with international coalition / communities  -- has not succeeded in Afghanistan for peace.  USA does better contributing in the rule of law, reconstruction and other social work.  Pakistan trusts Taliban/students, but the people of Afghanistan never trust them.  The new military strategy should reconsider this (for Afghanistan).

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS and Political Analyst, Professor S.N. Mahmud, agreed.  If Afghanistan goes to Pakistan, there will be more problems, but for the entire world.  If the new Obama strategy is the handover, Pakistan will be stronger than the USA.  Then, God forbid, USA would look WEAKER.  If such co-operation with USA, Pakistan would make new demands and make Afghans weaker, too.  This would change the regional map, territorial integrity.  The would make more conditions (or strings) on USA.  If Afghan affairs and sovereign authority (continues to be deferred or) is given to Pakistan Proxy, that is PAK-Military-ISI, Intelligence, they would change the regional map and suggest they are taking care of all Taliban/students.  This USA alternative would be strongly damaging.  So, if Afghans who favor America have to defer to Pakistan-ISI-Militarists, then that would sensitize Russians (with Iranians) to (continue to seek or) influence Afghans for their own power.

So, these are real concerns of all Afghans, about any USA decisions to defer to Pakistan rather than to Afghans for their own policy.  It is scary.

Sincerely,

1964 Afghan Constitution recognized men/ women as equal (Anon/fma, 3/20/09)

RE: White House must not  Weigh Pakistan's Role In Afghan War

DEAR PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA:

FIRST, I would like to take a moment to thank you for your inspiring leadership; you have truly brought a welcoming change to the atmosphere. Also, I would like to thank the American people for their long standing friendship and a deep desire to assist the Afghans during their trials and tribulations. It is refreshing to know that people are aware of the plight of the Afghans. I am content that the procedures concerning Afghanistan are elevated on your agenda.

WHEN I see the fact that innocent Afghans (women/children) are losing their precious lives from hunger, high poverty, and injustice, [bombing] and they are homeless, helpless in their native-land. I am encouraged to speak up for the rights of those whom are afraid to voice their concerns and anguish.

THOSE that limit and insult Afghanistan by stating that the country is only a Tribal, "cave man" society, not ready for a democratic system, are only hurting the sentiments of the people and weakening their role in bringing change to the nation. -- "Some voices around the world are saying that we -- Afghans are not capable of building an effective state, that we are not ready to pursue a democratic order, or that we are not prepared to join the modern world." For their information, the 1964 Afghan Constitution recognized men/ women as equal citizens with equal rights. Women were active and fought for and achieved certain important rights in every aspects of the society.

IT'S IMPORTANT to say, If America truly desires that Afghanistan sustains a democratic government, then the elections taken place in the country must be open to all citizens and free of interference from foreign countries. The people must be given a chance to elect whomever they wish to lead the country into a bright, peaceful future.

THE GOVERNMENT is a body that should take responsibility in providing the people with their basic needs. Afghans love freedom but they need an iron-fist and well educated, non/partisan leadership. Business must not be as usual in US foreign policy for Afghanistan. The US should respect the "free will" of the people of Afghanistan. --- The country is in desperate need of a concrete political and economic plan. My hope is that the "Marshall Plan" for Afghanistan emerges in the New US Strategy. My people would like to see an empowerment of Afghan civilian institutions, greater civilian oversight, transparency, accountability, reconstruction, humanitarian assistance, improved coordination, justice, rule of law, and a government to serve to its people.

Frankly, there is no" moderate" in Taliban or Northern Alliance, or in any Jihadis groups, they are all extremists ideologies. The US should not negotiate with any Group or Networks [Those who committed crimes against humanity from the left or right.] They do not have deep local or popular roots outside/ inside Afghanistan. They are the creation of the Pakistani ISI-Military's and support to militant groups/extremists, or other neighboring countries.

HOWEVER, KILLING innocent Pashtuns in the name of "Talib" for over seven years is enough. Pashtuns declare that the US/International killing of Pashtuns for the sake of Northern Alliance is beyond imagination and must stop soon. "Aggressive military action, arbitrary detentions, indiscriminate raids, and house searches in the Pashtun areas of Afghanistan have not only failed to reduce religious extremism, but local discontent and violence." -- "A key obstacle to enduring Peace in Afghanistan is the perception among ethnic Pashtuns that they are not meaningfully represented in the Central government. Crisis Group warned that without measures to address Pashtun grievances the political process could end in failure.

AS AN Afghan-American woman, a former educator, and human rights activist, when I hear the fact that the US / International community are not winning the war against extremists/Al-Qaeda, I feel disheartened. Furthermore, many sources state, "after handing the "moderate Taliban" a share of the power in Kabul, America will pull out troops, allowing the Pakistani Army/ISI to run Afghanistan on its behalf, once again". This eerie comment makes me concerned for the future welfare of Afghans. Afghanistan must not be forgotten this time because the repercussions will haunt America until the conflicts in the region are solved.

I have dedicated most of my life to writing and advocating the rights of peace and harmony in Afghanistan for over 20 years. "The Obama administration should learn from past mistakes and above all to focus US efforts on enabling a strong Central government, to expand its legitimacy through the security, to compel the government to rule justly, and provide public services to Afghan citizens. This is the only sustainable path to stability in Afghanistan.

THE SAME Afghans [this group or that one] have been called to attend [international] conferences for the past 30 years, over a period of time they have become redundant and repetitive in their views, and have further complicated the problems in Afghanistan. Obviously something needs to Change in order to bring peace and security to the country. If America truly wants to succeed in bringing peace to Afghanistan, then it is in the best interest of the country to bring New people, along with new Brains to the table. These are the only ways to bring relief to the innocent men, women, and children that have been exposed to decades of cruelty.

I URGE, President Obama Administration, to concentrate on strengthening and widening the reach of legitimate government institutions and not support parallel organizations or favored individuals. Ordinary Afghans are counting on you. What is good for the interest of Afghanistan is also good for America. If America fails to provide a safe haven to Afghans this time around, they will lose all trust and credibility from the region. Afghans have always been known as having a sense of high integrity, independence, and justice. They will never forget those that have extended a helping hand during needful moments.

Peace and justice for all

Surprise: AFGHAN TIME, (classic) map Quizettes, Q&A, over 5000 years

on 1/27/09 Jacklyn at jjjjshaw@roadrunner.com wrote a comment:
RE:   Afghanistan with AFGHAN TIME, 12-D, Quizette map (40 year classic with rare research picture cue cards)
TO blog of (Native born) NewNixon.org for the Presidential Library and birthplace, with revised update entered herein.
See http://dynamiqs.biz  for named goods in services (with Paypal pending, but checks honored in processing).

Meanwhile, the Fall/Winter query is for viewpoints:   (C) Performing Arts, with (7) Artists (Architects, athletes, musicians, etc.), (8) Authors, Editors, columnist/bloggers, etc. and (9) Historians, docents, mapographers, travel agents, etc.  Maybe this focus is on Historians, with many questions to follow.  Send eMail to jjjjshaw@roadrunner.com for comments, under Afghanistan topic, to newnixon.org or c/o John Taylor, Executive Director of RM Nixon Library Foundation (not necessarily museum leadership).

on 1/27/09 "Jack" E. at jjjjshaw@roadrunner.com wrote (revised, 9 PM):

Surprise to CA, U.S.A. NATIVE/ New NIXON.org (from another Native born Californian, USA, a minority, 2009):   Your research answer is here, c/o  an “American Afghan”:   dynamiqs.biz (and jjjjshawproductions.com)
    (1)     AFGHAN TIME, 12-D Quizettes map is featured by oversized notecard of gameboard.  (It has 40 year classic map and border cards of rare research pictures.) The wall calendar (12 different pages of self-quiz cards) are featured.  It’s planned with Paypal pending wholesale, if not also Nixon Library giftshop proposal?  What might be worthwhile or not, in the pursuit of access to truth?
    (2)     Gladly, a 40 minute lively presentation is available, "To Step into Afghan Time".   It’s with a 20 minute video DVD in reference to the Afghan classic 40 year map of provinces.  It’s not just minorities, but mixed cultures (like Californian, USA, UCB Regent Ward Connerly notes).

In BEYOND PEACE (1995), former President RM Nixon wrote that Afghanistan is "strategic".  (A Quaker, he’d had a change of heart.)  By 1,500 BC it has been the "established Crossroad to Asia".  Maybe Nixon's been nixed or hounded since exposing Soviet spy Alger Hiss?  (But who may see that his reindeer or statue nose still shines?)  What happened the year the 25 year gas lease was expiring in ancient Balkh, Afghanistan?

CLASSIC MAP:  For the sake of families of both USA troops and Afghan intelligentsia diaspora -- use the facts, not propaganda or false comparables.  Soviet Brezhnev's fighter plane hit the Afghan Palace in a "coup", April 27, 1978, with invasion of 100,000 troops.  (Russian mothers protested, when the unidentified mounds of 15,000 sons died, fighting civilians.)  The 40 Year Classic Afghan map, today features 34 provinces, from basic 10 in 1950's (both Encyclopedia Britannica and Moscow print).

ANCIENT GOLD COINS?  Then, the new ministry of divisive tribalism was fomented, with outsiders embroiled by atheist attacks.   By 1992, Robyn Wright of LA Times wrote of mythical maps (H1-6) like Disunited (United) States by global economists.   Did Japanese K. Ohmae propulgate the end of nation states?  Is it true that none of the Afghan champs were represented at the Geneva Peace Accord, with a Pakistani General? (Z.S)

Since Pakistan was created in 1947, what's the latest on the BACTRIAN-GRECO gold coins (of 3,000 BC to 48 AD)?  Did Muscovite financiers’ attempt cultural genocide by melt down of Afghan/Ariana spirit?  (Indo-European language is paternal to East and West heritage.)  Most Afghans say that they are Afghan (not warlord “futilists”).   Contrary to propaganda, none were 19 suicidal  bombers in twin NY Towers?  Then, it was India at New Delhi in 1950.  Afghans had an Assembly (Loya Jirga) electing King A. S. Durrani, Kabul, 1747.  Later flew the 100 Year Afghan Flag, August 19, 1919.   Former Governor (CA, USA), President Reagan declared March 21, Afghan Day (Nauroz or the First New Year, under King Yama, Balkh, Bactriana Afghanistan).

15 YEARS LATER?  Since full credits from the late Dr. L. Dupree, Ph.D-Harvard, our article was published "Afghanistan, Landlocked Images, 15 Years Later" (changing attitudes, AUFS Reports, 10/'76, SE Asia).  From subsequent studies, the learning technique, an appreciation with quiz game -- has continued to develop, for affordable access, as Professor-Author.

AFGHAN DYNAMIC KEYS (12-D, 1996):  My 160-400 page dissertation proposal study got tabled as controversial.   (Were the ignorant Taliban students, orphans trained in Pakistani camps, with a Bombay Institute interpretation and foreign Muslims (SM Omar, Ph.D.-Harvard).  Were others eager for a soldier's pay check?  Afghanistan...Dynamic Keys was later registered as unpublished copyrights.  Then, the Defense department, without due credits, did their own study on "changing attitudes".

Afghan R.A.F.Y.Q. (pending):  Thanks for noting that few, even younger USA Afghans, know of the history, past, present, and future.  Get a glimpse of world history with Afghan history on an affordable set image:   oversized postcards, or place mat, 2008, of Afghan Time, 12-D, Quizettes map.  Video DVD developments are available, AFGHAN TIME SCROLLS (Salvation Army presentations, sbtv3, omidi), AFGHAN ROSE PETALS, dvd and song (2 of 20 verses, UCI charity forum speaker, where noted for education administration services for years, 2002, and former kafgtv, 2008) and R.A.F.Y.Q., Research-Afghan-5000-Years-Quizettes (30-60 minute, video/slide dvd, pending partial voice over).

KINDLY, maintain or acknowledge credits for fundraising.  If you get three oversized postcards, give one to a librarian, teacher, or tourism agent. . .  California teacher/professors did not need rocket scientists to say illegal drug trafficking ruined public schools by need for Security.  Will HR departments favor “dumbing down” (Gatto), in various professional careers, or  is teaching teens just a baby-sitting job?  Also, there is a Valentine fundraiser for HOPE / IOC.org  by USA Afghan refugee families, for school supplies.  (Do textbook headquarters matter?)   Where’s the improved waterworks and sewage pipelines? animals for family farms?  or voice access like Afghaninfo.org (c/o fma)?

P.S.  PATRIOTS or Competitors?  USA Republican or globalist democrats?  Is today’s world plight simply about enemies or competitors (a yen for euromark? Groucho Marx? Karachi’s Pak ports and Ukraine’s and Afghan’s pipelines? AK, USA, and California’s, USA, West Coast Ports?).  Is it pragmatics (like jobs for careers of illiterates to professionals, etc. and costs for middle class.  Or is it prime time for Wall Street instead of Main Street, globalists vs USA business owners?

AFGHANS’ WON THE COLD WAR (1988)?  Is the other Afghanistan war, the same against global organized crime of illegal drug traffickers.  Who threatened Afghan farmers, if wheat fields, for needed food, were not burned?  The ancient land of 100 kinds of wheat (Prof. Noori, 1996) may have an opportunity for pipeline leases (en routes like Siberia), for schools and roads.  And what new cuisines, Afghan and other, can use saffron spice?  Was California Paella influenced by Moors in Spain and Spanish laws for community property?

IT’S A SMALL WORLD . . . Is the world getting smaller?  Or, as John Donne queried “Is no man an island” (so long as women are credited).   For winning, native Californians, USA, the hemisphere world from Kabul, Afghanistan, might care to be part of counting the ways.  It's not just whether some of us see the Spirit of Light, 3-D or at-one-ment (of self-jihad)?  Who profited from the family and business gas pump chaos?  (Did 60 Minutes give a guess?)   Now, who's setting the agendas or ignoring history heritage?

* Yes, I still need to rejoin, the California born President, Native Nixon, birthplace library foundation, even if the member increase was $35 to $50, and Nixon himself seems to get nixed in that easterner's repurification remodeling (from personally chosen artifacts)?  I'll send you the digital photo of John Taylor standing with Secretary of States, USA Jefferson (monticelloman), Afghan, USA, SM Omar, Ph.D-Harvard, and self, shown with UCB Alum, 2008, Directory.  [Does Nixon Presidential Birthplace Library, UCB, or other California libraries have the volumes, 1960’s, ‘70’s, and the 80’s renditions of the late Louis Dupree, Ph.D.-Harvard and world expert to ambassadors?]

(A) For Traditional focus (this summer), think about these outlooks:
(1) Philosophical?  (2) Spiritual?  and/ or   (3) Sociological?

What is your viewpoint or thoughts on a current headline? (A-1, A-2, or A-3?)

As USA Democrat Presidential Candidate, Obama B., visited Iraq (July, 2008).
Afterwards, President Maliki visited the Pope of Roman Catholics (universal church).
News said he, rightly, told the Pope that he realized all religions have "Extremists"
(Pastor Wright or ObL?), and he wanted the Christians to return to Iraq.
So, what viewpoint did his response show? (A-1, A-2, A-3 or other?)
Does the Creator have a loving sense of humor, forgiveness, mercy, or what?

It is true that Jesus Christ never killed anyone. . .

So, what is the "honor killing" of a father in USA of his two beautiful teen daughters?
Maybe it is an oxymoron or time warp? That does not fit the positive, proactive "dynamiqs".

Islamic believers honor the Mosaic laws or 10 Commandments, with thou shalt not kill,
honor thy parents, etc.  Maybe the Creator's love thy neighbor says it all best?

My grandmother had six sons and a daughter, with three sons serving for defense in WWII.
(They fought for everyone's liberty against dictatorships, of oppression and holocaust.)
Then, with 30 grandchildren, she would have 30 Happy Easter bags, every year.
And we often heard her say, "Mercy, Mercy, Mercy me?"
